Our Medical Director oversees the medical component of care: diagnostic evaluation, prescribing and monitoring pharmacological treatment when clinically appropriate, and coordination with the psychology team so every case follows a single treatment path. The role also includes safeguarding clinical protocols, patient safety and the quality of the processes that support both individual care and corporate programs.
